What is it? I've started my own business, where I offer people appointments, resources and performance containers on how to align and tune into themselves energetically, as a foundation for then achieving heart-lead success.

Introducing Project 1350: Our exclusive 6-month performance container that contains:
- weekly group sessions
- monthly 1-on-1's with Adrea
- a professional network to support your transformation journey.
- And 24/7 replay to group sessions throughout container
These sessions are a hybrid of performance strategy, and energetic workshops to ensure your inner beliefs are aligned with your outer outcomes. In 2026 there are two cohorts
- Session 1: February 15 - July 15, 2026
- Session 2: June 15 - Dec. 15, 2026

Introducing Team Containers: From sports teams to corporate teams, this is a build-your-own container to meet your teams budget, timelines, and goals
We'll start by clarifying your teams desired outcomes, values, and timelines to build a custom plan that works for your crew.
Once the parameters are set, we'll dive into your selection of team building strategy, wellness integrations, and energetic workshops to collapse the time between where you are now versus where you're team is going.
