What is Energy work?
Energy work encompasses alternative wellness practices based on the belief that a life-force energy flows through and around the human body. This life force carries substantial information and intelligence that a practitioner tunes into to help guide the client with their health, wellbeing, and emotional regulation.
Reiki Treatments
Tell me specifically about Reiki:
By definition, Reiki is a Japanese method of energy healing where a practitioner channels life force energy known as Reiki. ("Rei" translates to, Life) ("ki" translates to, Energy).
During a session, the practitioner lightly places their hands on or over different areas of the client's body, with the goal of clearing energy blockages, reducing stress, and fostering a sense of well-being.
Why do clients book Reiki?
- Deep Relaxation and Stress Relief: to calm nervous system, reduce anxiety, heal trauma.
- Emotional Release & Clarity: a supportive space to help process tough emotions (ex. grief, loss, feeling 'off')
