If you're new to energy work with Adrea, we recommend starting with the Beginner session. This accounts for time to answer questions before we begin, and time to debrief and care post-session.
For those returning or familiar with receiving energy work, the Classic is the most popular session clients book with. Most often, these sessions come in with the intention to be open to what needs to come through and trusting what they need is on the other side of the session.

Curious about learning energy work? Know that you're intuitive, but never learned how to use it? Wondering where a beginner should start? You've landed in the right place.
We're offering a 6-month, bi-weekly course that teaches you the foundations of level 1 + 2 Reiki (of the USUI System of Natural Healing modality). This is a gentle, beginner-friendly introduction to energy work. Whether you're looking for a refresher, to 'dabble', or take pro-active steps in learning your own energetic self, this is a great place for you.

Entrepreneurs + Small business Owners: I come in on at an hourly rate and help support you. Whether that's catching up on day-to-day, a busy year-end, or confidential sounding board support in navigating big decisions. I bring robust operational experience and implement systems to mainstream workflows.
Athletes: I work on an as-needed basis to assist with goal setting and day-to-day focus, managing performance nerves, and embodying champion mindsets,
