I’m Adrea — a Canadian high-performance athlete, Reiki Master, and lifelong student of the mind–body connection. After over a decade in high-performance environments (sport & corporate) I am pleased to welcome you to my world of Violet Olive Co.
What is it? I've started my own practice, where clients receive: appointments, resources, tools and performance containers to empower themselves energetically, as a foundation for then achieving heart-lead success. 1-on-1 or team options available.

Curious about energy work? Wondering where a beginner should start? You've landed in the right place.
We're offering a 6-month, bi-weekly course that teaches you the foundations of level 1 + 2 Reiki. This is a gentle, beginner-friendly introduction to energy work. Whether you're looking for a refresher, to 'dabble' in what it is, or take pro-active steps in learning your own energetic self, this is a great place for you.
We only do this once a year, and the door to our 6-month beginner-friendly class is now open.

We'll start by clarifying your teams desired outcomes, values, and timelines to build a custom plan that works for your crew.
Once the parameters are set, we'll dive into your selection of team building strategy, wellness integrations, and energetic workshops to collapse the time between where you are now versus where you're team is going.
