The Beginner
This session is designed for individuals new to energy work. We'll spend the first 10 minutes of the session answering your questions, and getting you comfortable in the space. From there we will take you through a few exercises, and into the energy work session.
This is our recommended and most gentle option for getting started with energy work.

Great for those new or curious to starting with guided energy work!
The Classic
Imagine your body feeling relaxed, your mind calm, and your energy cleared & refreshed. Choose this, knowing you're grounded and guided intuitively throughout your full session with Reiki Master, Adrea Propp.
Great for those new to Reiki and those returning for reset.

This is our most popular treatment!
Deep Violet
This session is designed for individuals ready to go deep into their self-work. We'll spend 90-minutes together, supporting you on your healing journey with the support of Reiki energy.
Great for those who are ready to do some deeper work.
90-mins for $175 +gst
Commonly used for sessions on trauma, grief, nervous system regulation, anxiety management & emotional blockages
