TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE 

with Violet Olive Wellness & Performance Consulting. 

Effective Date: January 1, 2026

Welcome to Violet Olive Co. By booking services or making a payment, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Services

Violet Olive Co offers wellness and performance consulting, including but not limited to:

  • Reiki Treatments

  • Intuitive coaching

  • Guided Breath Work Sessions

  • Workshops & Retreats

  • Wellness consultations and personalized programs

All services are for educational and personal development purposes and do not replace medical care.

2. Payment

  • Payment is due in full at the time of booking unless a payment plan has been agreed upon in advance, in writing.

  • Payments can be made 

    • via our Online Payment Platform Stripe which includes: 

      •  Mastercard, Visa, American Express, and Discover Payments

    • via e-transfer, cash, or cheque at the time of your appointment

  • By providing your payment information, you authorize Violet Olive Co to charge your selected payment method for services purchased.

  • Stored payment information may be used for future services only with your consent.

3. Refunds & Cancellations

  • Appointments Cancelled 7+ days before appointment: Receive a full refund 
  • Appointments Cancelled 3+ days before appointment: Receive 75% refund 
  • Appointments Cancelled 48 hours before appointment: Receive 50% refund 
  • Appointments cancelled less than 48 hours before appointment: No refund. 
  • No-Shows to appointment: No refund. 
  • Extenuating Circumstances: 

    • Under limited extenuating circumstances, rescheduling appointments will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Please use your best judgement on this. 

  • The service provider has the right to make final decisions on cancellations and refunds based on the above criteria. Exceptions may be made at the sole discretion of Violet Olive Co.

4. Health & Safety

  • Reiki and wellness services are complementary to conventional healthcare.

  • Please disclose any medical conditions or limitations prior to sessions.

  • Violet Olive Co is not liable for adverse effects arising from services; clients are responsible for consulting a healthcare professional as needed.

5. Confidentiality

  • All personal information and session notes are kept confidential, except as required by law.

  • Information shared in sessions are not shared with third parties without client consent.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • Services are provided “as-is”.

  • Violet Olive Co does not guarantee specific outcomes, results, or cures.

  • By booking, you release Violet Olive Co from liability related to the use of any advice or treatment received.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Government of Saskatchewan, Canada

8. Acceptance

By booking services with Violet Olive Co, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
