Founded by Adrea Propp, a Canadian High-Performance athlete and Reiki Master, Violet Olive Co. blends evidence-based performance containers with energetic wellness to help clients and teams achieve heart-aligned success.

Founder Story:
With 15+ years of experience navigating and innovating the Canadian high-performance pathway in sport, founder Adrea Propp has created a collection of programs, workshops, tools, and teachable skillsets to empower people on their respective journeys of success and transformation stories.
Mid-way through her athletic career, she was diagnosed with c-PTSD from a former training environment, and its symptoms left her unable to train and compete. She exhausted all traditional wellness pathways, and top specialists in the country echoed, there is no cure, you just learn to live with it. You should start planning your life without sport in it.
Defying the Odds
Despite professional opinion, Adrea was determined to explore alternative modalities to both reconnect her mind-body, and compete again in high-performance sport. This meant spending over 4 years learning to rewire the brain with body, discovering energy healing, indescribable patience from her coach Alger, running personal best times, and going from no future in running, to a x2 time national finalist in the impossible double of both the 400mH and 800m.
This healing journey, paired with over five years in her professional career roles advising, mentoring, and working directly with entrepreneurs, Adrea has become one herself, as the founder and operator of Violet Olive Co.
