Violet Olive Co provides wellness services, performance-focused offerings, educational content, digital products, and related materials. Our services may include, but are not limited to, Reiki sessions, performance consulting, workshops, courses, digital downloads, and physical products.

All services are offered for personal, educational, and informational purposes only.

2. No Medical or Professional Advice

Violet Olive Co does not provide medical, psychological, psychiatric, or healthcare services. Nothing on our website or in our services is intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical or mental health condition.

You acknowledge that:

  • You are responsible for your own health and wellbeing

  • You should seek advice from a licensed medical or mental health professional for any medical or psychological concerns

Participation in our services is at your own discretion and risk.

4. Appointments, Bookings, and Payments

Appointments and services must be booked in advance through our designated scheduling platform or communication channels.

All prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated. Payment is required at the time of booking or purchase. For Reiki Treatments, having a credit card on file is required to book an appointment. 

c) Cancellations and Rescheduling

Cancellation and rescheduling policies will be communicated at the time of booking and may vary by service. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in forfeiture of fees.

5. Digital Products and Downloads

All digital products, courses, and downloadable materials are provided on an “as-is” basis. Due to the nature of digital content, all sales are final unless otherwise stated.

You are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license for personal use only. Redistribution, resale, or sharing of digital content is strictly prohibited.

To access certain Services, you may be required to create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information

  • Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials

  • Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or suspected security breach. Violet Olive Co is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized account access caused by your failure to safeguard credentials.

All content on the Violet Olive Co website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, videos, audio recordings, and course materials, is the intellectual property of Violet Olive Co and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
