The Beginner:
This session is designed for individuals new to energy work. We'll spend the first 10 minutes of the session answering your questions, and getting you comfortable in the space. From there we will take you through a few exercises, and into the energy work session.
This is our recommended and most gentle option for getting started with energy work.
