Deep Violet

This session is designed for individuals ready to go deep into their self-work. We'll spend 90-minutes together, supporting you on your healing journey with the support of Reiki energy. 

Commonly used for trauma, grief, nervous system regulation, anxiety management, & emotional blockages. 

This session is designed for individuals new to energy work. We'll spend the first 10 minutes of the session answering your questions, and getting you comfortable in the space. From there we will take you through a few exercises, and into the energy work session. 

This is our recommended and most gentle option for getting started with energy work.
